SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are fulfilled from Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays. Our processing time is within 1-3 business days from the order received. The shipping rates are based on the product's weight and the ship-to location.

The tracking notification will be sent to the provided email. If you encounter shipping issues during transit, please first contact the carrier as noted in the tracking number. If not solved, contact us via email (include order # in the subject).

 

• For Shipping over $200*

The order may be shipped on a pallet via freight LTL. The rates are for commercial/freight location (with business name). If location is residential or limited access, please notify us before placing an order. This may incur additional fee in a separate invoice.

• For Local Pickup

You’ll received an email or phone call when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring with you the buyer ID and order receipt. If there is any issues, please notify us beforehand.

• Non-PayPal accounts

  • Select "Check out with PayPal".​

  • Please wait until it takes you to paypal site.

  • Under "or", select "Checkout as Guest".

  • Enter your email to textbox "Enter email" and select "Continue to Payment".

  • A dialog box will show "Checkout as Guest".

  • Enter your information: card/billing.

  • Select "No, I don't want an account now" and Continue.

  • To change shipping state, the subtotal and shipping have to be below half of the screen and select the underlined.​

  • Select "Check out with PayPal".​

RETURNS

To return an item, please use “Contact Us” with the order # to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

1. Freight paid by customer.

2. All returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Final credit will not be issued until Advanced has verified the products/shipping packaging as such. 

4. Restocking charge is 20% of the order total (excluding shipping).
