Compressors and condensing units include a one-year manufacturer’s warranty, beginning on the original purchase date.

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturer defects only. The supplier is not responsible for manufacturing defects.

Defective parts must be submitted for seller's (and/or manufacturer's) inspection and approval.

Manufacturer-approved warranty parts will be replaced within 14 days after the original purchase date.

Warranty replacement does not include labor, refrigerant, shipping, installation, service calls, or other related expenses.

• Warranty is valid only when the compressor or condensing unit is installed or serviced by a licensed HVAC/R technician. Proof of license and certification required upon request. No exception.

Proof of purchase and the unit’s serial number are required for all warranty claims.

All shortage or shipping-damage claims must be reported within three days of receipt.

Used, installed, or previously connected compressors, condensing units, and parts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unused products may be returned within 14 days of the order date, subject to approval. No exception.

Approved unused returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returned items must be complete, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or warranty service will be provided without the original receipt or proof of purchase.

No returns or exchanges are permitted for:

• Special-order items

• Electrical parts

• Expansion valves

• Temperature controls

• Electronic components

• Dryers

• Any used or installed products

Acceptance of the receipt confirms that the customer has read and agreed to all stated terms and conditions.
